Appointments:

Please call the location that is most convenient for you. We will direct your call to the physician's patient care coordinator to make an appointment. We realize that your time is very valuable, and will make every effort to arrange office visits that are convenient for you and your surgeon. In addition, we will give you your physician coordinator's direct phone line so that future communication is easy and personal for you. Many questions can be answered by our staff. If your concern requires your surgeon, our staff will contact the doctor and make every effort to meet your need as soon as possible.

In an emergency:

Call the office location at the numbers listed above. Our staff will contact your doctor and direct you as necessary. After regular business hours, your call will be directed to the physician on call. If you are unsure of the urgency of your medical condition or we are unable to speak to your surgeon immediately, you may choose to go to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
